Privacy Policy

This policy covers Ambassador Health Text Messaging: the phone and text line at (646) 980-4013, and the secure pages our links open. The program’s terms are at ambassadorhealth.ai/sms.

What we collect. When you text (646) 980-4013: your mobile phone number, the time of your message, and its contents. When you call (646) 980-4013: your phone number and a record of the call, such as a transcript, including whether you agreed to receive texts. When you use a link we send: the document you photograph and submit, or the step you complete, and the time you do it. We do not ask for your Social Security number, Medicaid ID, or date of birth by text message.

How we use it. Only to help with your Medicaid renewal: to send the links and replies you asked for, to connect what you submit to your renewal, and to keep a record of your consent. Documents you submit are shared only with your health plan or the government agency handling your Medicaid.

Mobile information is not shared. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We do not sell your phone number, your information, or your documents.

Who processes it on our behalf. Twilio carries our text messages and phone calls. ElevenLabs provides the voice technology that answers calls to (646) 980-4013. Amazon Web Services hosts our systems and stores the documents you submit, and its Bedrock service runs the AI models that read them. Each processes information only to provide its service to us.

Message frequency and cost. Message frequency varies with your renewal and with how often you contact us. There is no subscription. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile carrier’s plan.

Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to opt out of texts. You receive one confirmation and nothing further. Reply START to opt back in. Reply HELP for help.

Retention and deletion. Links expire 30 minutes after they are sent. We keep your phone number, call records, and documents only as long as needed for your renewal and to meet our legal and contractual obligations. To ask us to delete what we hold, email hello@ambassadorhealth.ai.
